What options do we offer?

 

Australia Post

  • You will be able to choose from Australia Post’s regular, registered or express post services for all purchases that are within Australia Post size limits.
  • Insurance cover to the value of $100 is applied to all Australia Post registered mail; however additional cover is available on all services on request - simply notify us of your requirements in the ‘Add Your Comments About Your Order’ field at Step 4 when placing your order.
  • Delivery times within Australia will vary from between 1 to 10 days depending on the service you choose and shipping destination.
  • This option is available for purchases from New Zealand.
  • Shipping costs shown at time of order are estimates only. We endeavour to ensure these costs are as accurate as possible, however in the event that the actual shipping costs are more than the estimate provided to you at time of order we will contact you for approval before processing your payment.

 

Toll IPEC

  • For larger items that can’t be sent through Australia Post, such as longbows and bow cases, we use Toll IPEC couriers. 
  • We use Toll IPEC's road service which is fully tracked, from pick-up to drop-off. No transit insurance is included on purchases delivered using Toll IPEC however cover is available on request - simply notify us of your requirements in the ‘Add Your Comments About Your Order’ field at Step 4 when placing your order.

Other Info

  • We will endeavour to ship your purchase within 2 business days (Tues-Fri) of payment being received/processed, unless the item is out of stock.
  • We will notify you when your purchase has been shipped or if goods are not currently available. Where goods are not currently available, we will keep you up to date with the anticipated delivery time.
  • No order will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
