All buyers must be over 16 years of age. If you are a minor please have your parent or legal guardian make any purchases from our website on your behalf.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all products purchased from Broadside Archery unless otherwise stated.

Broadside Archery will not be held accountable for injuries resulting from the mishandling/unsafe use of, unsafe use of equipment used together with, or use of unsafe equipment during the installation of any products purchased from us.

For purchases within Australia we accept credit card payment and bank deposit. For international purchases we only accept wire transfer. International purchases are GST exclusive and surcharges apply.
Shipping

We will endeavour to ship purchases within 2 business days of payment being received, unless the goods are out of stock.

You will be notified when goods have been shipped or if goods are not currently available. Where goods are not currently available, Broadside Archery will keep you up to date with the anticipated delivery time.

Shipping costs shown at time of order are estimates only. We endeavour to ensure these costs are as accurate as possible, however in the event that the actual shipping costs are more than the estimate provided to you at time of order we will contact you for approval before processing your payment.

Orders will be sent through Australia Post (regular, registered or express) or StarTrack unless otherwise stated or requested by the customer (additional charges may apply). Insurance cover to the value of $100 is applied to all Australia Post registered mail; however additional cover is available on other shipping options on request. Delivery times within Australia will vary from between 1 to 10 days depending on method of delivery and destination.

Warranties & Refunds/Returns
Where Consumer Guarantees on products and services have been met, warranties and refunds will need to meet the following conditions:

No refund will be given if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision, or provide incorrect information when placing the order.

Proof of purchase is required.

Products and their associated packaging must be returned in their original condition.

Products must not have been worn, damaged (e.g. dropped/broken) or altered after purchase/delivery.

You are accountable for the cost of shipping returns to and from Broadside Archery. We will not be responsible if products are lost or damaged in transit.

All products come with manufacturer warranty. A warranty claim must be made within the specified warranty period. No warranty will be granted for the misuse or alteration of the purchased product. Validity of warranty claims will be decided after inspection by Broadside Archery and/or the manufacturer if required.

In the case of a warranty claim, you will not be accountable for the cost of parts however labour charges will apply. We will notify you of these costs before we carry out any work.

Where not a major fail of products or services, Broadside Archery is entitled to choose whether to provide a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.

Do not send items back to Broadside Archery until we have authorised the return. Unauthorised returns may not be credited.
